Little or as you like
Instructions
Use a serving bowl, put the arugula with the oil and sunflowers and some pepper
Cut the tomato in strips and add to the bowl
squeeze in the lemon juice with no seeds.
Cut the Parmiggiano in thin slices
Eat fresh
