Pie crust
  1. Put the flour, salt, eggs and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted and mix for 3 minutes. Add the butter and mix for 3 minutes. If you want use you hands. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with you hand untill the dough is homogeneus
  2. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes with plastic film
Chocolate cream
  1. Use mixer to add all the ingredients for the cream and make liquid smoothy. If you used the chocolate bar use a grated to make like a flour. Put the smoothy in a small pot and turn slowly with a spoon for 8 minutes or until it becomes a cream. Wait to use the cream untill is leas cold.
Preparation of pie
  1. Roll the dough and make big as your pie pan. I like to roll on a baking paper to make easy to move on the baking pan.
  2. Cut the board that is over the pan and make with a small piece of dough nice form decor for the top.
  3. Add the chocolate cream. Put top decor.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes at 365 F Eat in 3/4 days. Save in the refrigerator when it is cold.
