Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 40 cookies
  • 2 1/2 cup of all propose flour
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag baking powder or 5 oz
  • 2 tsp almond extract or vanilla
  • Colored sugar for the top decor

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixer and mix for 1 minutes.
    Continue to work to the dough with your hands until everything looks homogeneous.
  • Leave the dough to rest in a bowl for 30 minutes covered in the refrigerator.
  • Put the cookies little distant each other on a baking pan already covered of baking paper.
    Pre oven 365 F and cook for 15 minutes.
