wash and cut the zucchini in rounds and put on a lurge try
put at sun for on hour and turn the zucchini at other side for an other hour.
( if you don’t want put out to the sun you need to put 1 tsp salt on and wait that water of zucchini came out. After 30 minutes wash the zucchini and dry)
fry the zucchini and wait they become gold before to turn side
put in a plate wih paper towel after fried so all extra oil can be absorbed. Trasfer the zucchine in a save contener and after add italian erbs, vinegar, sliced garlic and mint leaves.
Wait an hour before to serve.
I prepared for appetizer, one crackers, one zucchini , one piece of provolone cheese.
it is possible to preserve the marinated zucchini in a close container for 4 days
