His name is Momcooksitalian because l cook with a heart of mom and my recipes are kids and family friendly
Hi! l m Francesca an italian mom of two funny little boys.
l met my American husband in Rome and soon I fell in love with him, from that moment my life changed so fast: l left my job, l married, l moved in the USA, and I become mom.
Now l m all day with my kids and one thing l love to do for them and with them is to cook. My older son has a preferred sentence that ripet so many time in the day, guess what?! “Mamma mangiare” Italian way to say “Mom l wants to eat” , so l spend a lot of time in my friendly kitchen.
l always say, my husband when he married me he won a lottery: an Italian meal every day and 3 weeks Italy vacation every year (not bad deal, want you think?!). The same time l won too, a sweet man that loves me and is happy everytime l make food for him.
l m not a professional Chef, l learn to cook from my grandma and mom, since I was child, I was always around the family kitchen curious to see how hey were making the delicious food that I liked so much.
l have fun and make me happy when l cook for someone l love, like my family and friends, so l decide to start this food blog to make virtual friends that have the same passion.
l cook everything with Italian style, simple ingredients and healthy food, in every recipes l like to put something personal and original.
l hope you will have fun too following my recipes and my crazy mom’ life
