  1. Cut your veggies, make small size cubes or slices for sweet pepper, little bigger cubes or slices of zucchini and onions.
  2. Cook the couscous like your package suggest, different quality make between 5-15 minutes. I used a brown quality and big size.
  3. Iin the same tiem cook in a large pan add the olive oil and the veggies, fried for 5 minutes add the chickpeas without the water and cook for other 10 minutes
  4. Add couscous to the veggies mix for 5 minutes and eat. You can eat hot or cold the day after as you like
