Instructions
Cut the fat party of meet or nerve
Put the olive oil and in a cup with herbs and put soft on the meat.
Cut the onions and carrots in small pieces and fried with the left olive oil
Add the meat and cook turning the meat position sometimes
After 10 minute add the wine and wait that it is evaporated
Add now the water and put a cover. Turn position every 10 minute for next 45 minutes
When the meat is ready put on chopping board and cut in thin slices
Take the veggie broth and use a mix to make become like a cream.
If the cream is to much liquid you can add a spoon of Flour and cook for 5 minutes
Serve the meat with the cream. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 days or freezer
