Butter cookies easy recipe is one of my basic recipe. This technique is great to use when l like to make same funny and delicious cookies. In my family like in many family the cookies are a must every holiday celebrations. Since l have two little boys that like to make with me it become even more fun spend time to baking . This basic recipe is very good to make cookies with cutters forms. The ingredients are very simple and easy to find in our kitchen like butter, sugar, all propose flour, baking powered and aroma flavour.

Butter cookies easy recipe is versatile recipe, today make this cookies more colorful l decorated with colorful sugar. The result was great for S.Valentine cookies and the blu sugar was great for my son that love this color. He made and gifted to his best friends.

These biscuits are ideal for a sweet breakfast with coffee or milk or a tasty snack accompanying a tea. Once prepared they are good for a few days so they can also be a nice idea to enrich the sweet buffet of the holidays.

You can decide to put only powered sugar on the top after cooked the dough if you like to keep simple and less sugar flavour.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 40 cookies
  • 2 1/2 cup of all propose flour
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag baking powder or 5 oz
  • 2 tsp almond extract or vanilla
  • Colored sugar for the top decor

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixer and mix for 1 minutes.
    Continue to work to the dough with your hands until everything looks homogeneous.
  • Leave the dough to rest in a bowl for 30 minutes covered in the refrigerator.
  • Put the cookies little distant each other on a baking pan already covered of baking paper.
    Pre oven 365 F and cook for 15 minutes.
