This delicious apple cake has a extra touch given from its particular heart-shaped beauty. The simplicity of its ingredients and its goodness so make it perfect for any occasion. I often do it on weekends where a nice slice is the idea to accompany a cup of coffee or tea.

To prepare it you will need only a few ingredients that are often found in our kitchens including apples, flour, baking powder, seed oil and sugar. An extra addition to make the cake soft is the Maizena( corn starch flour) and if you want to give it an even more fragrant touch you can add a little Limoncello which is one of my favorite liquor to flavor the cakes.

  1. Cut the apples into cubes and put the juice of lemon in the top set leave them in a bowl. In a mixer robot add the other ingredients. First the eggs and sugar after with a spoon add the flour little por time, now the milk Add the corn oil and keep mix, add cinnamon and baking powder. Put the the mix liquid in the bowl with apples and turn with a spoon.
  2. Add the mix in the mold heart form of 10 inch and start the decor. Cut the Apple in slices add on same lemon juice so they will not be black. Start from the center to put the slice of apple like you want make a flower and continue until all is covered. Use a chopping board to help to bring the mold easy to the oven
  3. Cook at 365 F or 180Β° for 45 minutes. Try with one toothpick if is cooked good.
  4. Save for 3 to 4 days in a cake container out of refrigeretor
