Carnival Cookies

The Carnival ” Mardi Gras” is the most colorful period in Italy. Everybody feel free to dress up with the masks that they like.

All the streets become full of Confetti that the kids love to throw to the people and have fun.

One of the most famous Character in the “Italian Commedy of art” is Arlechino. He has a dress multicolor and the leged say that the poor mom made for him with different pieces of cloth, so he could go to the Carnival party in town with his friends.

Ingredients

• 3 Cup Flour All propose
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Coconut oil Or butter
• 1/2 Cup Sugar White
• 1/4 Cup Limoncello Liquor Or sweet spumante
• 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
• 1 Lemon Grated
• 1/4 Cup Rainbow sprinkle

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl

   
2. Use the hands or kitchen robot to mix together until become a soft dough
3. With a help of a spoon, make little balls put on a cookie pan already prepared with coconut oil ( put the spoon in the water cup before to make the ball so the dough doesn't stick )

   
4. Put in oven at 370 F for 15 minutes.

   
5. Save in a close container until 7 days
