Instructions
Prepare the chicken slices in line on table work
Put one slice of ham on every chicken piece
Put one provolone cheese slice too
Put Italian herbs mix and one drizzle of olive oil
Start to roll the chicken slowly, make attention the ham and cheese stay in the same position
Use a cotton thread to help to keep together the meat
Make attention to close the cotton line under on other one to be sure that doesn’t open
Fried few minutes the onion with olive oil
Put the chicken roll in the pan and start to cook and torn some time for 10 minutes
Add the half cup of beer and continue to cook for an other 10 minutes
When the color the chicken looks gold are cooked. Wait few minutes and after start to take off the cotton from the roll
Cut the roll in different piece like the picture
Serve worm with vegetables or potetos on the side. Eat in two days or frozen.
