Prepare a oven pan with 2 glove s garlic and Olive oil
Add tomato souce, olives, cappers, origan and put in the oven 370F° for 10 minutes.
After the time put the fish for other 15 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
Eat hot with a slice of bread. Save max one day in the refrigerator.
