Meatballs with Tomatos Sauce
Instructions
Put all meat in a bowl and mix with fork
Put all the bread, parsley and garlic catted
Mix very well with the hands
Take same meat and start to roll with the two hands
Prepare a large oven pan with oil on the bottom and put the meatball with little distance, put in the oven at 375F
Cook for 15 minutes turn the meatball some time until they look gold
Add tomato sauce, oregano and cook for other 15 minutes, torn same times
Eat in 3 days or refrigerator

This recipe is totally lacking. No Italian grandmother would make sauce without sautéing onions and garlic first and adding oregano, parsley, basil, black pepper and one or two bay leaves.
