Spinach and Cheese Savoury Muffins are delicious snack or brunch idea. Who say the best Muffins are only sweet?! I m trying to eat less sugar with my family but l don’t want to miss the pleasure to eat good. There are million of way to eat healthy and flavorful.

Yesterday was looking for something to eat during the Irish Parade. I looked my refrigerator and with few ingredients l decided to make this tasty muffins, they are not irish recipes but and my italian way to connect. This become a savoury green snack to celebrate S. Patrick day and it made everyone happy 😃.

l have to say, I studied in Dublin for same months after university and l have a special connection with the Ireland, l loved their friendly personality and l like to celebrate the irish culture.

The main ingredients in Spinach and Cheese Savoury Muffins are the one we have everyday in our refrigerator Spinach, eggs, parmesan cheese and all propose flour.

I made an other savoury Muffins recipes recently like this Zucchini, parmesan and ricotta cheese Muffins they turn out very good. If you like to use spinach in your recipes l also made this Spinach eggs and onions cake, that has very nice looking when you put on your dinner table. Instructions
  1. Put the Fresh Spinach in a mixer to cut in small pieces
  2. Put the Spinach in a bowl with Eggs and mix with fork
  3. Add Parmiggiano or any other hard cheese that you like
  4. Add oil and flour, corn starch and continue to mix
  5. Add instant Yeast
  6. Mix all again with a spatula
  7. Put in a pan for muffins. ( Put same olive oil around on the bottom of baking pan) cook for 25 minutes at 370F
  8. Eat in 3 days and save in a close contener in or out refrigerator
