Veggies Orecchiette Pasta with Broccoli Rape is an old Italian traditional dish so you need to try. The name of this Pasta comes from their shape, which resembles a small ear. Orecchietteย (pronouncedย [orekหˆkjษ›tte]; singularย orecchietta; fromย Italian orecchia, meaning ‘ear’, andย -etta, meaning ‘small’) are aย pastaย typical ofย Apulia, a region ofย Southern Italy but it is now common in all the country. There are so many different style of Pasta but for fresh type this one of my favorite.

Yesterday l found good fresh Broccoli Rabe and in one second l thought the best combination was with Orecchiette and veggies.

The original recipe of Orecchiette Pasta with Broccoli is with Salsiccia but this time I wanted to try veggies version. It torned out good and more light because Salsiccia give more spice if you like more flavor you can add Chilly Papper on top.

Instructions
  1. Wash well broccoli rabe cut the hard part and keep the leaves.
  2. Boil and cut in smaller part
  3. Put olive oil in a large pan with garlic and cook two minutes. In the same time prepare a pasta pot with water were you will cook the pasta
  4. Add zucchine cutted and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add Broccoli rabe, add salt
  6. Add olives and leave to cook for other 10 minutes
  7. When Water boil cook the Orecchiette and wait the time request on the package. Add salt on the water
  8. Add in the Pan with all vegetables the pasta when is ready and mix well
  9. Eat soon with same Pecorino or Parmigiano Chees on the Top
