Pizza is one of the most famous foods of the Italian tradition. His own story dates back to June 1889. In Naples, the chef Raffaele Esposito to honor the Queen of Italy Margherita di Savoia, prepared three different kinds of pizza. The Queen chose one Pizza and gave the name “Pizza Margherita” like here name. This one become famous because it has the Italian flag colors white, red and green, like mozzarella, tomatos and basil.
