Arugula is one of my favorite vegetables to make a fresh salad. The flavor is testy and it is good to combine with others ingredients but it can be not easy to mix with everything. This salad can be make like a main course like light brunch. It can be good like a side dish to a good meal because the mix of cheese, seed and vegetables make a good resource of vitamins.

  1. Use a serving bowl, put the arugula with the oil and sunflowers and some pepper
  2. Cut the tomato in strips and add to the bowl
  3. squeeze in the lemon juice with no seeds.
  4. Cut the Parmiggiano in thin slices
  5. Eat fresh
