“Chiacchiere” fried italian cookies is an authentic Italian recipe, word ” Chiacchiere” is the way to say Chatter. It is a Fried sweet common to eat in Italy for Carnival ( Mardi Gras).
There is a story in Naples on the origin on the Chiacchiere. It is said that Queen Savoy liked to chat much, and one day while she was with her guests she became hungry and asked the court cook, Raffaele Esposito, to prepare a dessert capable of cheering both her and her guests. And they were so good and liked her guest that he decided to call them “Chiacchiere”!
This dessert is good when you have many guests to share, because you will have many pieces.

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything until is soft homogeneous.
