In fact, the reccomondation is to eat one cup of fruit every day. Fruit is associated with many health benefits and helps to reduce risk of many diseases.
I alway remember when l was child my parents to say ” Francy eat fruit that has vitamin C ! ” but what, really, is this Vitamic C? It’s famous to be a potent antioxidant and for having positive effects on skin health and immune functions. It is present in many foods, particularly fruits and vegetables.
My family love to eat fruit and l like to prepare in different way. Fruit salad & Italian Macedonia is a good to eat in summer time like a snack or for breaksfast. The Italians often eat at the end of meal . They combine with fruit Gelato on the top or adding liquor like Limoncello.
It is a good with any kind of fruit, they best way to make it is make a combination of different color of fruit. I often use to make when l have so much fruit to finish and l don’ t want goes bad because l use much fruits in one time.
