It characterized of small pieces of meat cutted in long lines, that can be make with different kind of meat the common used is breast chicken or thin Slice of veal. "Chicken and Lemon Straccetti Recipe"
Instructions
Cut with a scissors in strips a put in a plate
Put the flour on top and spread all over the chicken make sure every piece has flour all around
Take each piece and put in other plate so you can leave in the plate the left over flour
Put oil in a pan and make hot and torn medium temperature.
Use a wood spoon to turn the chicken that is fring. When they look a gold color add a juice of half lemon and a pinch of salt, turn a for couple of minutes.
Put on the top little Italian seasoning and Eat worm soon after cooked
