Mardi Gras/ Carnival Lasagna is a traditional recipe in my family for Carnival period. We usually cooks for fat Thursday and Fat Tuesday but it can be very good to prepare for a family special get together. It can be one special course that make happy the belly of everybody.

- 1 Carrot
- 7 Oz Tomato peste
- 1 Cup wine

- 4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Flour All propose
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Clove space
Main ingredients
- 1 Kg Lasagna Pasta
- 1 Cup Parmiggiano
- 2 salami Italian style
- 5 Eggs Boil
- 35 Oz Marinara tomato souce
