Mardi Gras/ Carnival Lasagna is a traditional recipe in my family for Carnival period. We usually cooks for fat Thursday and Fat Tuesday but it can be very good to prepare for a family special get together. It can be one special course that make happy the belly of everybody.

Instructions
  1. Put in Hight Pot fried onions and carrots grated and fried for 5 minutes add the meat and mix and turn for 10 minute
  2. Add a glass of red wine and after evaporated put the tomato paste and cook for other 40 minutes. Turn sometimes
  3. For the Beciamella cream. Put the milk in a pan with salt and Olive oil, flovor clove, and cook for 10 minutes
  4. When the Beciamella looks like a cream put in a bowl to make cold
  5. Make a pan for boil water and cook half lasagna for time. Put inside a little olive oil in the water don't make attack
  6. Prepare the marinara with a cup of water to help the lasagna cook better
  7. Prepare all ingredients on the table. Ragu, Beciamella, Parmiggiano, boil eggs cutted, tomato souce, Salami cutted
  8. Put under Lasagna Pan tomato souce and start with Lasagna Pasta
  9. Put All Ingredients and cover egain with more pasta. Pay attention to cover the pasta with opposite direction of before
  10. Continue to cover all levels untill you finish the ingredients
  11. Put in the oven at 400 F for 45 minutes and cover with silver paper After the time put the fork on the different spece to be sure all liquid can go down and put in the oven for other 10 minutes, after broil for 5 minutes .
  12. Now the lasagna is ready. Rest for 10 minutes and serve warm.
  13. Eat in two days or freezer
