“Spinach and Walnut Pesto” is the alternative to the famous “Genovese pesto”. The original recipe is with pine nuts and fresh basil, it is good to do in the summer because you can find much fresh Basil. The Spinach Pesto it is easier to prepare all year. It is light and tasty, good condiment for pasta or fresh Appertizer. It is a perfect accompanying sauce with bruschette or Crakers and it is good some hours later too.
