My family area is called “Irpinia”, it is famous for particular tasty mushrooms called “Porcini” . During the nice weather of October , the people like to go for tracking with family, to the near Montains and look for this special type Porcini mushrooms.
Their special smell and form is very easy to recognize. They grow naturally in pine forests at the base of trees. Porcini Mushrooms are a good quality sold both fresh and dried, are prized in Italian cuisine.
After the family had fun and they full their bags of this delicacies, they are ready to go to eat and celebrating the treasure found with family and friends. The best way to cook the flavory mushroom is with Pasta, meat or rice.

- 16 Oz tagliatelle 400g
- 1 Cup Tomatoes
- 3 Sweet italian sausage
- 10 oz Mix Mushrooms Frozen (280g)
- 3 Garlic gloves
- Salt
- Parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients

- Cut the onion and garlic gloves and put in a large pan, then cook few minutes them with the extravirgin oil
- Add the mushrooms and crumbled sausage and brown it for a few minutes and add the salt.
- Add the cherries tomatoes and keep turn little more until are cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a boil pot with water and salt , drain them into the pan with the other ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients for few minutes more until everything is amalgamated add the small cutted fresh parsley.
- Eat soon and enjoy !

I love mushrooms! They are often gathered in Poland, too, where I have family and the forests are abundant. I don’t have forests where I live, but can buy Porcini dried and reconstitute. Still delicious in this recipe!
