Brioche bread with ham is a easy recipe great for party and pic nic idea. This is one of my mom favorite recipe that she made for me in occasion of out door day. It is perfect to bring around and it doesn’t go bad after one day in your bag. This savoury cake it good for party too because you can prepare the day before. It looks nice and taste delicious.

Brioche bread with ham has origin in Franch but it is now very common in Italy too. The main ingredients are flour, salt, yeast, eggs and milk and butter. The soft and little sweet of this bread make it very good.

The butter and the eggs give a particular color yellow that helps to look more yummy to our eyes.

The recipe l propoce to you is lighter, only olive oil and no butter. I add only ham and parmesan but you can add any hard cheese you like.

More info about origin you can find on: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/brioche
